Hi Chuck this is the voltage you should have at the tuner pins
agc=2.5--As=0--Scl=4.5--Sda=4.4--Mb=5--Pb=5--Tb=33--If =0
this is for low band 2 to 6 .Check the voltage see what you have   Eric
