Thanks Damon, we did check the basics and came to the conclusion the Pro 
Scan bd (all video is processed in this module) is bad. Another tech emailed 
me this morning with a Wintip on this set for the very same prob and Proscan 
bd was the fix. we have it on order and will find out after the holidays if 
it takes care of it.
