You didn't mention anything about the SERVICE adjustments or if they
responded? You can't fix those problems with the" customer
convergence"!!!!!!!!!
Projo modules are not even close to being 'plug 'n play", so don't
expect that replacing that stuff is going to give you a finished result.
Sounds like you've got a bit of work ahead of you...
There are very specific line landing parameters which are in the very
badly written adjustment manual. You may even want to get the screen
overlay jig since you are starting with a fresh DCU.
I hope you gave the custoner a "healthy" estimate!
