[TechAssist] Samsung 42" HCM4215W, shuts off

From what I can see it has no vertical, set goes on for a while, no picture  
but has sound, then shuts off. No vert signal, plus no vert signal from main  
board, just 3.5 volts. I've changed the vert output IC with no success.
Anyone have any experience with this model?
It looks like the main pcb can be ordered but I'm reluctant to do that if  
I'm wrong.
