Junior,
One or more of these parts could be shorted, or bad.
DR04 (6.8 volt zener) off base of TR05,....Also check TP05, and TP06,
......Also check DP11 (200 volt pulse), along with CP16, and CP54. Also,
check DP20,18,and 12.
