[TechAssist] RCA tv model #TX826TB : Burning RP95

Hi Thechs,
This rca tv came in with no power . I change all the usual transistors and
diodes with no results.
while checking the power supply I found RP95 (Alow value resistor) open.
I replaced it and it burn again .In also tried changing the hz out put and
flyback transformer .
but the resistor still burn .
Could any one tell me why this resistor keeps burning?
