[TechAssist] Re: RCA PTK-195, dead.

After carefully inspecting the deflection board I found a small amount
of coolant around the micro and eeprom. After cleaning off the
offending liquid, the set fired up. All my voltages on the eeprom are
now normal. What is the best way to clean the board? And how
successful is repairing the leak in the blue tube? And should I repair
all 3? How long does one take to repair? TIA
