HOT may be shorted.  Tritronics sells a kit that includes many of the parts
that cause various symptoms in this chassis.  I suggest you get it and
replace them all to be safe.

This RCA PTK195 PROJO does not power up.  When I plug the set in I hear
the typical RCA P/S "tweak" of the horizontal frequency.  All fuses are
good--no obvious faults.  What are the typical problems with these sets?
