Did you go into customer's menu? There is a setting there for convergence.

I had this RCA P46130WK chassis PTK169PXA that came in with the complaint of a
convergence problem.
When I hook up the video generator the Blue, Red, Green are about 1 inch apart.
I have check all
components on the convergence board. This appears to be a STATIC convergence
problem. I can not remember
how to solve the problem of static convergence.
Any tips would be appreciated.
