This is a console (floor model) and the buttons are to the left side of the
CRT looking from the rear of set. There are snaps surrounding the pushbutton
board but there doesn't appear to be enough room to pull the board away from
the snaps due to the heavy framework behind the board assy.

If that is one with the buttons on the top:
There are releases that are tricky to see, then the buttons move down and to
the rear of the set.
