Have seen many posts about this.  Yes it should read above 35.  Dont forget
to remove the coil accross the HOT   L14401--scrape the ends and reinstall.
Actually, I usually just heat them really good and bend them over and solder
them to the next connection on the trace.  Havent had one fail like that.
