[TechAssist] RCA F36650 ATC113CA1 blows HOT at plugin

Set Blows HOT at plugin (2SC5148). Suspect Flyback (LL05),
Doesn't ring well (max rings ~20 on sencore). Anyone have this symptom
before? (I think that the flyback part # is 257805, confirm?).
