Thanks guys for all the replies,

I replaced cr4118 installed the board. standby voltages are:
CR4118 =13.5
Q4401 =150v using tuner as ground
Q4302 = 13.5

I'm still concerned about cr4122 the 3 volt zener, it still measures only
1.5 vdc. Should this be a problem? or should i just change it?

Set is now running and the color is consistant even when changing channels.
Q4401 is running high in standby(150vdc) and is at 140v with the set on.
we'll see what happens after runnning awhile.

Thanks again guys for all your help, unless you have anymore suggestions
i'll let you know if it makes it through the day.
