[TechAssist] Re: RCA Chassis CTC169BG2 No Power

Mike:
Your all over the place with this est. I have a strategy with this television.
First and always first check the standby voltages.

Check CR4118(K). It must be at least 12.8 volts in the standby mode.
Check Q4401(C) it must be no more than 145 vdc and no less than 138 vdc.
Check Q4302(C) it must be the same as CR4118(K)

If CR4118(K) is low float Q4302(C) and see if it rises. If not replace CR4118.
If voltages rises then replace Q4302. (The diode is a high failure rate and will
cause intermittent chroma, or shutdown, or flickering luminance).

Try these and let me know the results.
