[TechAssist] RCA CTC203AC5 Low Audio. No Control

Hello All , Rca Mod# F25422, Ch CTC203AC5, pic ok . It pops when you change ch,
or turn it on or off. And when off it still has abuzz. I have tried several
tips from WinStips but no luck. If someone would fax me a print of the audo or
better yet send a fix for this dog. Thanks! Grady
