Hi Dave:
Do you have a schematic?

Check for leaky tp052.
What voltages do you have at
DP080 (125v supply)
DP063 (13.1v supply)
IP050pin 3

On this chassis the power supply monitors the 125 and 13v supply lines. 
  If the switchmode transformer is making noise it must be doing something.

This is a variation of the ctc203 etc power supplies, so the same rules 
follow.
There are too many possibilities for the information provided.
Check RP007 and rp006, 120K resistors.  Remember, Thomson likes high 
value resistors that open or go high.

Fuses are labeled fzp, check 60, 61, 93.
