Sounds like the same customers in the USA!If they won't pay as much as a schematic costs,it means one of two things:You are getting screwed on the schematic,or you need new customers. Same thing happens here at times. How much is the schematic in US dollars? I had good luck in having a customer get a schematic free from Philips,by telling him to whine about Philips encouraging a monopoly on service,and suggesting he was buying an other brand next time!
