Also make sure that socket is CLEAN!!!! Symptom: A small number of models equipped with the H8 chassis may show one or more of the following, constantly or intermittent: Dead Set No Raster No Sound Snowy Picture Geometry Errors Missing Color Cause: Poor contact of the Small Signal Board. Resolution: Remove power for 1 minute. Then remove the SSB and clean the SSB contacts. Do not spray contact cleaner into the SSB socket. It might be damaged by some solvents. Reinstall the SSB and check operation. Replacement socket is available as 2422 025 16599.
