[TechAssist] Philips 32PS60 (32M800 chassis) repl. shorted HOT, now sides pull in, fix

Came in with the HOT shorted. After replacing it, the set ran but
intermittantly seemed to pull in from the sides. Turned out to be a cap
in the H. drive ckt, location# 2455 (47mfd@25V) was open. Replaced cap,
cured.
I found archived email relating to this , and said also check resistor
#3411 for open. Ours was OK.
