Knowing Zeniths I was ready to write this one off, as it looked exactly
like a bad CRT with no green output.
CRT was OK.
Down on the main board (9-1809-01) in front of the jungle (ICX2200,
TA1242N) were three transistors, R,G,B drive Q2204,2205,2206 all 2N3906.
They feed the three video output transistors on the CRT board. The
green one was shorted, Q2205. Replaced it and all is well.
A quick ohms check with my Fluke on the three vid. outputs on the CRT
board showed one has lower resistance than the others, but after
removing it it was OK. So I followed on down to the board.
