If you don't have the owner's manual for troubleshooting, it
might address this error code. You can view it online or download
it here:

If that doesn't help, the service manual, part number SM-KXFP250,
can be ordered for $20 or so. Call Panasonic's National Parts
Center at 800-833-9626 between the hours of 9am and 7:30pm EST
