Can you see the problem in the CRT's?
Perhaps you have a problem with the screen.

Hi Damon,

There are no bars of color (that was one of a few tips that Jeff
found). The entire screen has what at first appears to be normal
grayscale. When you take a closer look it is obvious that the
left side is slightly greenish gray (blends in perfectly with the
normal gray right side).

This causes peoples faces to look more green (on the left side
of the screen, than on the right).
