Fliud leak on that tube arcing. Fun! Color issue is typically CR4118 = ECG580 : Change it no matter how good it checks You must remove the tube that us arcing & remove/replace the anode cup and clean/reseal the chamber seam to prevent future leaks. Do all 3 tubes to prevent callbacks.
