[TechAssist] Need Help Opeing .WPS File

Someone sent me a .WPS file that will not open in MS Word (even after
installing the update from MS for this very problem.
Word 2000 also prompted me to insert the CD and install some converters
when trying to open it. And it still won't open (even though Works for
Windows 4.0 and 2000 now show up in the file types when saving).
I can send the file to anyone that has the time to simply open it and
save it as .RTF Since the start it does open, but most of the text is
a bunch of squares.
