Did you:

1] Attempt to align those areas and find the TV cannot adjust those points
correctly?
The adjustment points <surrounding> those points may be so far off
center that you have the bad <unadjustable> point at an extreme Maxxed-out
value.....you may have to pull in the Maxxed out point, and then re-balance
the surrounding points around it to get it to align.

2] Attempt to re-center the convergence using the centering ring located on
the CRTs yoke??
If so, try to reset it back to the manufacturer's original alignment
point, but keep in mind if they had installed "questionable" Convergence
IC's from the beginning, and was able to get it to pass testing, it doesn't
make the original alignment settings correct....but if your green alignment
is ok and has decent corner adjustability, don't touch that at all. Use it
as your red/blue alignment grid if you can, and use the centering rings to
re-center the electrical waveform....Since you replaced all 3 did you mark
each one with R, G , B on them, before pulling them? I don't, so I doubt you
did either.....You may be able to set your scope to DC, look at the Bowtie
waveform in 5 mS /div (Vert) mode and see if the X-crossover point is + - 1v
from 0 Volts....that would be within acceptable range, but real close to 0
volts is preferred.

3] Just plug in the amps and make absolutely no adjustments yet??
Menu 2359, or Menu 2357.......Arrow keys move and adjust, and I think 5
switches between moving/adjusting.....but I work on so many different brands
that you'll have to try it amongst all the other buttons to get the proper
buttons for moving/aligning. Also you'll have to try the Video and Audio
buttons too to get the box to change colors for aligning.....

That's been my experiences on Corner alignment that don't align properly.
