[TechAssist] Mitsubishi CS-2723R Picture too wide.

This set came in "Dead". Horizontal was shorted, change numerous caps in
the regulator circuit. Set now works, but picture is a little stretched
horizontally. Not bowing, but just too wide. He said he had this problem
quite a while before it went dead.
Anything for excessive width on these that I may have missed?
