[TechAssist] Mitsubishi CS-13101. Relay clicks, h.v. comes up, then shuts down

Does anyone have any info. on this model that may help troubleshoot the poer
/ shutdown circuit?
I replaced IC901 reg. and support caps. in the circuit.
The units relay & h.v. comes up for a sec, then shuts down.
Still checking on different circuits, but if anyone can shed some light on
this, I would appreciate it very much. Thanks. David.
