That is the correct Ic (TDA3654Q) But also check C582(100mf/35v) C582(don`t
remember value) and also check C421(22mf/50v) D581(5302991001) and for last
check for bad solder at T500(Horz drvr xfrmr) resolder top 4 pins and Pc
paths. Hope this help.
