483513097005 (Formerly Part# 5303000001). If That Does Not Take Care Of It,

I Found R446 Off Of The Base Of Q433 That Went To P19 Of The Micro Bad.
Although It Checked Well Within Tolerance It Must Have Been Breaking Down
Under Load. Subbed Another One In Its Place And It Worked. However, The
Base Voltage On Q433 Did Not Change But The Collector Voltage Was Greatly
Changed When In The "Off" State.
