[TechAssist] Magnavox TV Model RK5556/27P1 chasis.No start problem.

This set came in dead.No relay action at all.Fuse is ok.I can't find my
sm for this set but while checking around ,I found R 429 open and C430
shorted. I used a 24 ohm for 429 and a 1000pf\400v cap for 430.Also
resoldered alot of cold solders which is very common on this
chasis.Still no relay click at all.Just going from memory,I think that
IC380 is the 5v reg.I checked for the vcc coming in to the ic but its
very low.its only 2.7v.The IR and pin 42 of the micro is also at 2.7v
instead of the 5v.Can someone please send me a pdf file of the power
supply on this tv so that I can locate the missing voltages.I told the
customer that it was already 14yrs old but she said that if I could fix
it,she would apreciate it very much since it was her husband's favorite
tv.He passed away last yr.
