[TechAssist] Locks up ECS Motherboard L4VXA2/ 2.0 Ghz. 128K 400FSB Intel Celeron

Hello,
I just got a new computer this week and it locks up. It has a ECS Model# L4VXA2
motherboard and a Intel Celeron 2.0Ghz 128K 400FSB 478 p;in Retail Box
processor,256MB PC2700 333Mhz DDR Certified SPD. I unterstand there is a
problem with the board and processor. Can anyone help me? I have pulled my hair
out this week.
