Board and Processor?
If you understand that there is a problem with these two items.. (very
important)...Take it back.
Lock up? More likely to be your Operating System.
If you have an understanding of your motheboard and processor, keep in mind
that Microprocessor can be upgraded.."flashed"..providing you have a little
knowledge of what you are doing. (I DONT) but I'm sure some can....
