Switch any two of the 3 hot wires and the problem will go away. Electricians
have a little gadget containing a tiny three phase motor and a dial with
arrows on it to show the phase rotation direction. If there is a live
circuit, they check the rotation before and after making any changes to be
sure that the rotation direction has not accidentally been changed. Some 3
phase equipment can be badly damaged if the phase rotation direction is
reversed.
