[TechAssist] JVC camcorder GR-AXM25U door won't close

This camcorder came in with door unable to close. If
you remeove then reattach battery the guides will
extend around the drum, the load motor will continue
to turn but you can latch the door. I f you then hit
eject it will unload and eject but the door will now
not latch. I don't have the print and am not sure if
its a timing trouble or electronic trouble. Anyone
who has seen this would be of great thanks.
