That is exactly my plan, hence my statement " I am not going back unarmed ". Actually the jungle IC is an LA7672 (Hitachi part # 2004132 which is also NLA from Hitachi but available generically). This is a nice set and the customer loves it so I will use whatever 3.58 Mhz crystals I can find if need be. Been there, done that!
