Hey thanks Joe! Just got back to that job and you are right, the comb filter is bad. You have any info on what capacitors go bad? I looked and I suspect those aluminum caps, but there's a lot of electrolytics in there too. The video input is clean , but I found distortion on the video output and the horiz pulse output.
