[TechAssist] Re: General Instrument Satellite Receiver Model DSR-410MN

Look for a short on the secondary of PS. Had a similar problem on mie
GI, disconnected it and hauled it to the shop where it worked OK, found
a shorted KU LNB, if you have removed all external connections short may
be internal
