Most shops around here ask for the diagnostic fee up front. $65.00 for big 
screens.

I haven?t started that yet but I?m thinking about it. That way if I get stuck 
with the TV because the customer dose not get it fixed at least I haven?t 
wasted my time.

I don't usually ask for the money at the time of pick up. But depends on the 
circumstances.
