Yeah, I've seen that. The EEprom had to be replaced. Strange that you have already replaced it. If you hold down the< - >adjust button on the color adjust for about 2-5 mins, your bar may actually appear again. Digitally speaking the color bar is sitting at about 1028 instead of 64, so it takes time to get it back to normal, if it ever does.
