I also have done that. Don't know the reason just hold the adjustment
until it goes all the way around

 I know this is going to sound silly but bare with me, If you go to any
one
of the adjustments and highlight it then hit plus as if to adjust it,
continue holding plus for about 10 seconds. I have seen in a few many
cases
and a few like yours where the tab that moves was there but the plus and
minus weren't there they all had R & G. I moved the tab all of the way
right
and continue "past" the stop point. It will rap around the other side
and
then start adjusting. Do this with all of the slider adjustments
especially
the Picture control. Even when the tab is missing, just pretend it is
there
and moving with the plus like I said for over 10 seconds to allow it to
make
it all of the way around. As long as you repaired the tuner properly it
shouldn't happen again, and is much easier than changing the eeprom.
