Appears to be in an odd HV shutdown???---Push power clicks a
high pitch momentary squeel then cycles. On my Sencore VA62 the flyback
gives 41-45 rings. B+ appears to be high at about 174v
Have checked a number of caps in the horz section and tested diodes also.
The set will run with a vertical line if the horizontal yoke plug is pulled
(it rings 25x)
