We used to repair a variety of electromechanical industrial combustion
controls for local industries, but if it wasnt a pretty straightforward fix
I would advise the customer to send it back for factory repair because of
the tremendous danger that might result from some none-functional safety
feature. I eventually gave up repairing combustion controls because of the
tremendous liability. I still repair my own with pretty good results because
the problems have always been cracked solder joints or corrosion on push-on
terminals.
