Since this is a Panasonic Chassis, I remembered problems with earlier models that a Capacitor near the Flyback would fail and cause a vertical problem.. For the life of me I could not remember which capacitor was always the culprit or what chassis this usually happend on. So I started to check all the Scan derived sources. Found almost every Cap in that area to have be bad.. Changed the following caps: C551 - 330uF/35v, C552-C553 - 330uF/16V, C556 - 1000uF/16V, C558 - 220uF/16V, and C560 - 2.2uF/50V NP. All these had bad ESR and were 85 degree caps.. I changed them to 105 degree since they are in a hot area... Thanks to those who helped out...
