Change it.....10uf/100volts. Also check D905 (EG01) for legs eaten away by
electrolyte. IC091...(Regulator) might have to be changed too.
    Really scrutinize solder connections around this circuit..But for point
of reference, anytime this chassis comes in...no matter what the problem
is....Change that C916. Makes the HV rise so fast and high, destroys H/O.
