I had one that was claimed to have been watered but showed no trace of water
that ended up being a small inline chip for the video switching on an
upright board, basicly Was the only thing on the board, had video on the
main chassis via the scope.

Check to be sure this board is plugged in solid
also check comb filter if has on the interface board
