[TechAssist] CTC197 Headaches,

Anyone got any fixes in their database for a CTC197CN1 Model F36685.
Customer said originally set was chirping even though it was not on.
Fuse was blown when I started to work on it, and Q14101 was shorted.
Have replaced Q14101, Also replaced R14146, Turned set on, and
instantly shorted out Q14101 again. Replaced U14101 and Q14101 again,
{now nothing, no relay click, just dead.} This is my first CTC197, so
any help would be appreciated. This is a 36" set and customer is
willing to spend a reasonable amount. I guess what I need is the
Troubleshooting Guide, a some help from some that have had some
personal experience on this chassis.
