[TechAssist] CTC187CL - No Raster-Has audio & HV

Hi All. I have this CTC187CL with no raster, it has audio and high voltage.
The filaments are lit and channels change. I replaced the LA7610, the video
outputs, the bias transistor as well as both filters on the CRT panel, same
problem. When scoping the video to the output transistors on the CRT panel I
get great video to the base of each transistor, but the collector waveform is
cut-off and distorted. Any suggestions?
