[TechAssist] Re: CTC-177AA

I have found in one case the little inline IC that is mounted close to the
center of the tuner has gone caputs. I replaced one of these one time and got
all my channels back. Can't you just pull the board and bring it into your
shop and hook it up to a simular RCA that you may have around to troubleshoot
this chassis?
