[TechAssist] A&b list

Whats happening. I dont understand this A & B list. Which list we are in I dont 
get it. 
If you have any repair problems which list we should send it and whats the 
email address for that? 
Can u explain what is A list stands for and B list stands for its complicated.
Why cant we just use the old method .
Pls reply soonest. Its confusing whether we are in the list or not. We had some 
problems with TV and send it but no reply yet from any technician.
