[TechAssist] LIST A & B

Whats happening with A & B list. Its complicated and confusion, which list we 
have to use to send emails and whats the email address. How do we know we are 
in which list. I have sent several emails but no reply ye, dont know whether 
they are getting them or not?
Why dont we just go to old method .
Pls reply soonest.
